for a hotel claiming to be top-notch, i was surprisingly disappointed. the room was terribly cramped with an absoluteley ridiculous lack of wardrobe space. Also, don’t expect the staff to listen. my shower leaked all over, yet no one cared to worrie about it. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel's close proximity to Moderna Museet Malmo allowed us to explore amazing art with our five kids. The staff was super accommodating, even providing extra quilt upon request. Breakfast served fresh pastries that everyone loved, making mornings enjoyable!

I loved the breakfast setup that minimized crowding by scheduling time slots, super thoughtful! The room was comfortable but had awkward shower setup that made cleaning post-shower a bit of a chore. Overall, nice stay! 😊

The room was cozy and had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, heating, and body soap. The private bathroom included shampoo, towels, and a well-functioning shower. Loved the key card access and wake-up service. Being accessible by lift to the upper floors and having interconnected rooms available was a plus. The spa facilities were nice, too!

moment hotels has a great location, just a short walk from the central station. my double room was clean, compact, and warm, with good wi-fi and a nice shower. the included breakfast buffet was lovely! the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I stayed for 5 nights in a small double room on the 5th floor, which was quiet and provided views of the hotel's inner courtyard. The breakfast was impressive, featuring quality fresh products and enough variety for a satisfying start to the day. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Lilla Torg, with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right across from the central station. It made getting around so easy, especially with an early morning flight. The room was quite small but designed efficiently, utilizing every inch of space. I had a comfortable bed with clean linens, which is a definite plus. The breakfast offered a variety of options, though I experienced some crowding and confusion with limited seating. A coffee and tea station was available, adding convenience for late-night drinks. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. it could’ve used a more thorough check before my arrival. It felt like a rushed cleaning job with some things overlooked. I appreciated the friendly staff, who provided a fan to help with the heat, but I wished I had more options for toiletries in the bathroom. Overall, a decent stay, but a little more attention to cleanliness could elevate the experience significantly.
